Traci’s knowledge of the area and the purchase process is unmatched! We have sold a home and purchased 2 homes through Bill and Traci. They took a personal interest in our family and treated us like we were part of their family. We got top dollar for our home and through their expertise, we were able to buy our dream home. I don’t believe any other agent could have gotten here! Traci’s knowledge of the area and the purchase process is unmatched! Together, Bill and Traci, found creative and unique solutions to our problems. We will forever be grateful as we enjoy raising our family in our new home!

We recommend the Jennings Team to anyone who needs an agent. Track and Bill helped us with their superior experience and local knowledge. We sold our property as FSBO and they provided a lot of invaluable consultant. Actually after discuss with them, we believe that if we hired them to sell the house it will be gone even faster. We recommend the Jennings Team to anyone who needs an agent.

Zillow

They gave us great service and were a total pleasure to work with. Traci and Bill sold two properties for us this year and they gave us great service and were a total pleasure to work with. They are both intimately familiar with the Ames area, ISU, and surrounding communities and land acreages. They have an extensive network to draw from for finding sellers, in addition to marketing properties in a variety of ways. They worked diligently on our sales, doing open houses, showings, special photo shoots, and making other efforts. They were great at representing us during negotiations, and got us great results while giving good advice on how to proceed.
